The Manchester Utilities Authority’s primary goal is to supply adequate quantities of quality water to its customers in a cost effective and fiscally responsible manner.
Manchester Utility Authority (MUA) serves Haledon as well as portions of North Haledon and smaller portions of neighboring towns in Passaic and Bergen counties. Water sold to customers is purchased from Passaic Valley Water Commission.
