The Manchester Utilities Authority’s primary goal is to supply adequate quantities of quality water to its customers in a cost effective and fiscally responsible manner.
Manchester Utilities Authority (MUA) serves Haledon as well as portions of North Haledon and smaller portions of neighboring towns in Passaic and Bergen counties. Water sold to customers is purchased from Passaic Valley Water Commission.

HOLLAND CHRISTIAN HOME WATER MAIN EXTENSION NOTICE
Construction of a water main extension in the Borough of North Haledon to service Windmere, a Christian Health Community (formerly the Holland Christian Home) and additional homes along the extension were financed by the New Jersey Water Bank (NJWB).
Construction of upgrades and improvements to the Heights Tank located in the Borough of Haledon were financed by the New Jersey Water Bank (NJWB).
